Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://epichungrydine.com/ and the services of Epic Hungry Dine, 1/A/2, Ring Road, Adabor, Dhaka, Bangladesh, including dine-in, reservations, private dining, takeaway and catering. By using our website, making a booking or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the website

• You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as viewing our menu and making enquiries.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false bookings, or send spam or harmful code through our forms.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance or security reasons.

Menu, prices and availability

Menu items, descriptions and prices shown on the website are for information and may change without notice due to market prices, seasonality or availability. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to applicable VAT and, where stated, service charge. Photographs are for illustration; actual presentation may vary. The price charged is the price shown on our in-restaurant menu or your written catering quote at the time of ordering.

Reservations

• A reservation is confirmed only when our team confirms it by phone, SMS or email.
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after the booking time, after which they may be released.
• For groups of 12 or more and for the private room, we may request an advance payment. Minimum spend requirements for the private room are shared at the time of booking.
• We may decline or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, such as power failure, government restrictions or safety concerns, in which case any advance is refunded in full.

Catering and events

• Catering is provided on the basis of a written quote that lists the menu, guest count, date, venue and price.
• A 50% advance confirms the booking; the balance is payable on or before the event day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least seven days before the event. You will be charged for the confirmed number even if fewer guests attend.
• You are responsible for giving our team safe access to the venue, a suitable serving area and access to electricity and water where required.
• Food is prepared for immediate consumption. For safety reasons, we are not responsible for leftovers kept and eaten after our team leaves the venue.

Payments

We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, bKash and Nagad. Catering advances may also be paid by bank transfer. Bills must be settled in full before leaving the restaurant. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Guest conduct

We want every guest to feel comfortable. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave if they behave abusively towards staff or other guests, damage property, or act in a way that is unsafe. Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant. Outside food and drink are not allowed without prior arrangement; a cake-cutting service is available for celebrations.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, mustard, sesame, fish and shellfish. We take care to avoid cross-contact when you inform us of an allergy, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens. Please tell your server or our catering team about allergies before ordering.

Intellectual property

The Epic Hungry Dine name, logo, website design, text and menu content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Some photographs are used under licence from third-party image libraries.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or other applicable laws of Bangladesh. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for that booking or order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your booking or order will apply.
